• Standard LVP Installation: $2.75 – $3.75 per sq ft

• Minimum Job Charge: $600

ADD-ON SERVICES (NOT INCLUDED IN BASE PRICE)

• Existing Floor Removal / Demo: $1.50 – $2.50 per sq ft

• Subfloor Leveling / Prep: $4.00 – $8.00 per sq ft

• Furniture Moving: $150 – $300

• Baseboard Removal & Reinstall: $2.00 – $3.00 per linear ft

• New Baseboard Installation: Quote provided

• Floor Transitions: $25 – $50 each

• Stair Installation (LVP): $45 – $75 per step

• Trim / Finish Work: Quoted as needed
